Tifuh Raphael is a 22 year old student from Ashong village in Batibo sub-Division in Mezam Division of the North West Region of Cameroon. He is an orphan and a Level 3 student in the University of Yaounde II Soa, in the faculty of Law and political Science. He is a Christian in TACC Ashong. He lost his father when he was two years old. At the age of 12, he lost his mother. Relatives took over raising him and his elder brother and sister. Shortly after their mother’s death, Raphael’s brother fell ill and died due to lack of money for medical attention. His paternal uncle adopted him and took care of his education right up to the Advanced Level but was unable to continue as a result of ill health. Through our Liaison Officer for the NW Region, Deaconess Sylvie Kongyuy, TACC-Friends assisted him with $545(300000FCFA) to help complete his degree program.
