Liaison Officers

Our Liaison Officers are trusted brethren from TACC with a good reputation and recommendation. These brethren who serve as the eyes of TACC-Friends on the grounds, have a good testimony of salvation, are fairly stable financially, able to make independent decisions free of administrative and/or denominational influences, are willing to help very needy brethren without any compensation, and are able to communicate regularly with TACC-Friends by email.

Our LOs identify very needy brethren (within TACC for now), ensure that they’re born again, verify their claims as much as possible, assist them to come up with a small business plan, compose a write-up for them (stating their situation and business plan to become financially independent) and submit to TACC-Friends for consideration. After deliberation, each qualified case is discussed by the EXCO, then presented to the General Assembly. A favorable case is funded through the responsible LO who mentors the chosen brethren to establish and sustain a successful business.

Our liaison team is headed by Elders Ashu Mfaw (in Buea) and Philip Ebune (in Douala). They’re mostly responsible for interviewing and recommending new LOs. Cameroon is divided politically into 10 Regions (equivalent to provinces or states). Our desire is to have LOs covering all the Divisions and Regions in CMR. The following are currently serving as liaison officers for TACC-Friends International.

Ashu Mfaw

Ashu Mfaw

Liaison Officer

I’m Brother Mfaw Ashu Tambenkongho residing in Buea, Cameroon. I fellowship with The Apostolic Church in Molyko, where I serve as an elder in the church. I’m a preacher of the Gospel and by the grace of God have assisted in doing church planting in Bokwai, Bwitingyi, Bova 1 and Bokova villages; which are neighborhoods in Buea. I am hosting a private air time slot over the Revival Gospel Radio in Buea where I preach weekly to the unsaved, thus using it as a means to save souls.

Academically, I attended the University of Buea where I earned my first degree i.e., BSc in Biochemistry and minored in Medical Lab Technology. I proceeded in having my second degree still from the same institution i.e., Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNS). I did my Master’s degree in Nursing Education which was co-hosted by the University of Buea and the University of East Anglia Nowrich England where I earned a Master’s of Science degree in Nursing Education.

Presently I’m self-employed and have been operating a propharmacy for several years. This has inspired me to proceed in upgrading it in to a clinic, which is under construction.
I’m married to Dr. Daisy (MD) and we’re blessed with a son.

I have been very involved with TACC-Friends International and also happy to serve as a Liaison Officer. Also, I love to do video coverage, editing and production. I own a YouTube channel where I post some videos and share them with friends.

Christopher Ngoe

Christopher Ngoe

Liaison Officer

I’m Brother Christopher Ngoe fondly called Momentum, a Civil Engineer by profession and an Environmentalist too. For now I live in Yaoundé and work with the Ministry of Public Health as a Civil Engineer. I am married to a very beautiful lady called Jovita, we have a lovely son named Princely.

Before moving to Yaoundé in 2002 to study in the National Advanced School of Public Works where I graduated as a Civil Engineer, I was the Pioneer Assembly Leader of TACC Molyko Buea. I am a Bilingual Interpreter, worshipping in the Obili assembly in Yaounde. By the grace of God I am a Teacher and a Preacher of the Word of God. I long to see the growth of the church of God with zealous and Heaven oriented faithful Believers.

Helping to alleviate poverty and misery in the church goes with a special vision of making the Christians stable and more profitable to the society and to one another. I share in this vision and will do my part in the task assigned to me. I am indeed very delighted to work as an LO for TACC-Friends. Having benefitted from this group, I count myself indebted to foster the intents of this gesture which to me is a very highly welcomed idea to boost the spirit of collaboration within the TACC family and the body of Christ in general.

For other issues, I am a certified Civil Engineer (enrolled in the National Order of Civil Engineer of Cameroon) and also carry out Environmental consultancy where and when needed or solicited.

I am called Madame Kongyu nee Taku Sylvie Nteping and married to Elder Festus Kongyu Ali (agronomist) and we are blessed with 4 children (three boys and one girl) and reside in Bamenda, Northwest Region of Cameroon. I serve as Deaconess in our church in Mile 4 Nkwen and as profession, a Chemistry teacher at Government Bilingual High School Atiela, Nkwen, Bamenda.

As a family, we have been involved in the compassion ministry of the church, providing support to many brethren in need. This falls squarely with the objectives of TACC-Friends. That is the reason why I have decided to join TACC-Friends to serve as Laison Officer in the Northwest Region. I believe that this will enable me scale up and provide the needed service to many more in the household of faith.
