Sis Florence Ekanem, 29, fellowships at The Apostolic Church Iju Isaga Distric in Lagos. Her dad died while she was still very young so she never knew him. She never had good education because their mum, who is now of late, was unable to take care of her and her four siblings. She moved to Lagos to live with her twin sister but shortly after, she died of typhoid. When she heard of what TACC-Friends has been doing for others, she reached out to Pastor Julius and her case was presented to the Charity Committee. Our sister requested for $300 to start a little restaurant and catering business. With the money, she was able to buy a commercial bike for a brother in church to be riding and is also doing catering when she has customers. She is now able to take care of herself and provide jobs to others.
