Valentine (June 2019)

In June 2019, TACC-Friends USA came across the case of this little boy, Valentine who had a growth on his head and surgery was needed. The case had been picked up by the Ayah Foundation and so TACC-Friends USA stepped in to collaborate with them. 250 000frs was sent to the Liaison Officers and it was deposited into the coffers of the hospital that was carrying out the surgery to assist in the process. Also, one of the Liaison Officers traveled to Yaounde to meet with Valentine and his family along with the coordinator of the Ayah Foundation. By the grace of God, the procedure went on smoothly and little Valentine is happy today because he has a normal head like any other child. In addition to the 250 000frs given for the surgery, 250 000frs was also given to the Ayah Foundation to assist IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons) who had been affected by the crisis in the North West and South West regions. This met with so much appreciation by the Ayah Foundation who are doing an exceptional job trying to spread love and give shelter to the IDPs from Cameroon’s North West and South West Region.
